Because this will be next year, wait and see Zen+ performance. Also, wait and see when the new Nvidia lineup and AMD GPU lineups are being released.

If you aren't building it until 2018 asking now is pointless. AMD might have Pinnacle Ridge out by then, Nvidia and AMD may have new GPUs by then, RAM and SSD prices might go down, etc.
