I know the motherboard on the list is one of the better B350 but I also like these 2

Get the 2 GB version of the RX560, it will make no difference, especially not in CSGO.

I's recommend getting the 2GB variant of the RX560, there will be no difference, especially is your only playing these two games at 1080p. Or you could get the gtx 1050ti 4GB which is the same price as the RX560, but performs a little bit better.
