Hey I just purchased a gtx 1050 and a amd fx 8350 is that a bottleneck?

8350 is a cpu from 2011. i would recommend anything else other than that.

 

any ryzen 5 cpu or intel i5 even a ryzen 3

Return or sell the FX processor and buy anything G4560/R3 1200 or higher

It's probably not a bottleneck, though unless you got that FX for 50 USD or less, it's likely better to exchange it.

Nope,it's not gonna be,but Get a Ryzen 3 CPU or a i3 (or wait for 8th Gen Pentium's)
