Good evening people,

I come to you for some advice on how to build a mid range gaming pc. I have long played on consoles but I wanna venture into pc gaming. I already have a 500w power supply and a case and a beautiful 144hz monitor. Just need some advice on the gpu, cpu and motherboard. I am trying to spend around $300-$400 after I sell my console for good. Thank you very much for your time. I will be eagerly waiting for a reply

I see you're new here. Welcome and enjoy your stay!

I would recommend getting a Ryzen 3 with a B350 motherboard(avoid MSI boards), and a GTX 1050 or 1050Ti for graphics.
