Possible Power Issue

My computer started turning off instantly once I turn it on before even making it to the bios. I have a decent amount of computer hardware knowledge so I decided to switch PSU and I'm still having the same problem. Any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe a faulty power cord but I'm not sure 

My personal PC:

CPU: Intel - Core i5 8600k  Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo  Motherboard: Asus Prime Z370-P RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3000MHz DDR4 Storage: San Disk SSD Plus 240 GB + WD Caviar Blue 1TB  Video Card: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC 8GB Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400S Tempered Glass ATX  PSU: Corsair CX550M 80+ Bronze Certified Semi Modular PSU.

 

Peripherals:

Mouse: Logitech - G502 Proteus Spectrum Wired Optical Mouse Keyboard: Rii - RK100 Wired Standard Keyboard Monitor: Asus - VG248QE 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor Headset: Logitech - G430 7.1 Channel Headset Speakers: Logitech - Z150 0W 2ch Speakers

Is it Ryzen? What RAM are you using? Could you list your hardware?

Clear the CMOS, reseat the RAM and your add-in cards.

PSU: Enlight GPS-350CB-102A

CPU: Intel Pentium 

Mobo: intel desktop board d101ggc

RAM: elixir m2u51264ds88b1g-5t x2 

 

i know now this is an old ass system but all the components listed were working until Sunday.

Yay, one of the few processor series I know nothing about. Is your case dusty? Try looking behind the motherboard as well, because dust can become conductive if it builds up.

Yeah I completely airdusted the whole build. Looks like factory new but the same problem still arose. I'm placing my bets on it being a faulty cable at this moment in time but I'm still not 100% sure. Thanks for your help btw
