To be honest a card that old and slow isn't even worth overclocking, just get yourself a new GPU.

Even if you could get it to draw more power than what the slot can provide, either:

  • Your motherboard will freak out and shut down the computer
  • You're motherboard will happily supply more current than the channel can take and you fry it.

It's most likely the second one considering the issue AMD had with one of their Polaris cards attempting to draw more power than the slot can provide in some cases.
