Good Headset

What do you guys think is the best cross between an audiophile and gaming headset? I have no budget. Just throw stuff lol

You could be like Dmitri and use HD800s with a Modmic. But more realistically K7XXs or TH-X00s with a Modmic would be a great gaming setup.

HyperX Cloud headsets are usually pretty decent, better than most headsets in audio department but not audiophile level at all. An audiophile headphone such as the ATH-AD700x and the Antlion Modmic is a good combo.

No budget? Great, a HiFiMan Susvara with a modmic......if a modmic is too cheap, then a Sony C800G (don't know if it'll work with soundcards and such though). Balling all the way!

for the best of both I'd prob recommend the sennheiser Game Zero/One , Heard only great things about them and keeps your mic and all that in one cable/headset. but otherwise I've stopped using my sennheiser and just using the Cloud II's as they really are that damn good. 

 

I'll prob save up for a set of Game Zero soon.
