Ok, so I just Imported some photos from my phone to my PC using iFunbox, I then played back the 4k files in Movies & TV, and It works fine. Now, DR 14 Shows the .Mov files as audio only. What the heck Is Wrong?

Main Laptop: Google Pixelbook

Wait, I dont have another editor, and my internet is too slow to download something like hitfilm again, any other suggestions?

Might you possibly have Windows Movie Maker installed? That's what I used to re-export it.

I just rtestored windows last week, and I havent installed it

Hmm... try making a copy of the file, and then forcibly renaming it to another file type, such as .mp4 and see if that works. If that still doesn't work, try and forcibly rename the .mp4 copy of the file back to a .mov file and retry. 

Honestly just speculating at this point.

that still didnt work, and these files aren't probably worth saving

If you're willing to wait for something like Windows Movie Maker to download, I'd say your best bet is to try to re-export them from that. Sorry to hear about your issue though, you should check BlackMagic's forum if you haven't already.
