Who said that old can not be good? Here are my few years old PC after a little refresh. PC case was made by myself. Virtually every part has been painted white and black. This old machine can run almost everything on high details. 

Here are spec and some pic.

CPU: Intel xeon X3440 2.5Ghz @4.1Ghz

CPU Cooler: Reeven Okeanos

Mobo: Asrock P55 Pro

GPU: Zotac GTX 780Ti AMP!

RAM: 4x4GB 1600mhz kingstone

HDD:2x 1TB Toshiba ( RAID0) 128GB SSD Samsung

PSU: Be Quiet Pure Power 10 700w

And some white psu cable extensions and pcie riser.

damn that looks nice, especially the GPU. nice work!

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Looks sick, nice work. Though I do worry about dust build up in something like this.

This is the only problem - dust. But you can always blow with compressed air :)

Always quite a hassle bringing it outside every few weeks to blow out the dust. I wonder if having a clear acrylic piece to cover the top and front (leaving the sides open for airflow) would help. Probably not...

I think that would not help. But weekly cleaning does not bother me :)

Damn that thinking of that acrylic idea has given me the sudden urge to see if I can incorporate modern wooden architecture into my future proper build. Especially Bing Thom inspired designs... mhmm
