my first build ****

hi guys im new to forums so sorry if i should not have made a new topic for this, but i need as much advice as i can get. so i was watching videos and stumbled across this video and thought its was crazy cool i want something similar  so my first question is do you think it would be silly to get most of it and wait to upgrade to the hard line water cooling it will cost me 1100 plus tax for the hard line water cooling parts. the rest of the build will cost 3200 all in stock at at store near me but the i7-7700k does not come with stock cpu cooler what would you recommend i get? and how meany fans should i get not sure if he had three on each side?  im sorry for the novel of stupid questions but im new to this and not sure how to find out also sorry for the poor gramar thanks for your time and any advice is appreciated

Hardline is a pain, much more so than soft tubing which can still be irritating to work with at times. If you're very comfortable building computers then I would suggest going all soft tubing first and doing hardline at a later date.

For a starting cooler for the 7700K I would suggest an AIO like the x62 or H110i or H115i

You'll need 4 fans for each side since it's a 560mm rad (4x140) on each side on the back.

I think that's the wrong way to approach a build. Chances are this is massively overkill for what you will actually use the PC for, so that's where I would start: What do you plan on using the PC for? Gaming, content creation, etc.?

 

Then from that choose the parts accordingly, will probably save you a lot of money.
