3.0 USB not responding

Okay, so when I got my new case (Corsair 200r) I plugged in the usb 3.0 plugs, and I didn't get a response. Thinking maybe the wiring is faulty, I ordered a card reader with a 3.0 usb's included in it. Well I'm not getting a response from that either. I included a picture of the current configuration I have it in. I previously tried having the small port in F_usb1 and it didn't work, so I tried it in F_usb2 and still nothing. I'm starting to think I may have messed something up on my motherboard. Any suggestions guys?

I've looked for drivers, but haven't been able to find any. 

 

Edit: Where can I find drivers?

If you're running Windows 8, working USB 3.0 drivers should come with the OS.

 

If you're on Windows 7, then yes, you'll have to go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download USB 3.0 drivers.

Well it is win 8, and on the previous case, it had 3.0 USB's and they worked just fine, but the USB's on  this case, and the card reader aren't working.
