Hi all!

I would like to add some more GPUs to my system, but I run out of cables that I got with my system.

I tried some of the cables I had on hand, just to figure out the manufacturer used some weird connector on the power extension rail.

It looks like this: https://ibb.co/hZqomG

Do you know what kind of connector this is? Totally weird...

Damn!

I tried probably like 50 standard PSU to GPU cables that I have and none could fit. It turns out all my PSUs are made by Seasonic, which uses GPU connectors on the PSU side, for both CPU and PCIe.

Like on this picture:

Some other brands use these connectors:

This is no PSU itself, just an extension rail.

Just to make sure can you provide an overall photo of your setup, and you must use the correct PSU cable for a specific PSU as the pinout can be very different between different units.

Sure, I will have to check the pinout. But, even if they are different, it's easy to swap them out. :)

Ok that explain it that's a power distribution board, check with your server's manufacture they should have the information available or a way to purchase extra power cables.
