It was fine before you tore it apart and reassembled?

Reseat all the RAM and try again.

It was fine and now did research all the ram but still nothing

Try different RAM if you have that option.

I'm really grasping at straws here.  You rebuilt your rig and now it does this, correct?

 

If it boots with only one stick in it, then the next question would be can you change that one stick for another stick and it still boot.  If no, then you have a bad RAM module.  If yes, then verify you are installing the modules in the correct slots.

I am definitely installing the correct slot but I'll try other ram later
