ok ryzen runs cool, no need for a costly AIO, a hyper 212 or cryorig h7 would have done good. next a 750w psu is to0 much of an overkill for your specs a 550w would be good, but get an evga 650g-series psu if you can. There is this slightly old but good gaming monitor, the acer gn246hl, it has a tn panel, 1ms response time, and 144hz refresh rate so this monitor is good for gaming within that $200 budget.

don't get that master liquid cooler, if you get ryzen a hyper 212 in your region would cost lesser and cool good too. do you really want to pay $50 more for that rgb ram instead of some vengeance lpx. Google this case - cooler master masterbox lite 5 rgb, it is officially a gaming case as said by cooler master, it has 4 fans for high airflow too. High airflow reminds me of the cooler that releases in 3 days, the h500p it is awesome and if it comes to your country it should cost the same as the phanteks one but will be a billion times better. Or else get the mastercase pro 5 which is the same price as the p400s in your country. An msi gtx 1070 costs the same as a zotac gtx 1080 mini in your region, it is obvious which would be better...

Get an i5 8400 and any Z370 mobo. Run stock cooler or any cheap cooler(not a 212 EVO tho). Don't spend that much on RAM, that's over 50% more than you need to pay for 16GB RAM. Drop the PSU to any decent 450W to 550W unit.

yes I know it cost 200$ in my country but I'm (was) buying it from NewEgg which cost  67$ +free shipping

I would be sure to check out cooler master -master box 5 (loved it, thanks)

not getting that liquid cooler-- folks at Reddit said that even the stock good for the CPU (your thoughts???)

MasterCase H500P ---- damn that looks sexy (not getting one)

MSI GeForce GTX 1080 DirectX 12 GTX 1080 ARMOR 8G OC 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5X ( found this 1080 while searching for

ZOTAC gtx 1080 mini)  (50$ cheaper than mini) should I go for MSI one then????

even I thought that PSU would be overkill. will be sure to buy 550w.

CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200- would this be the ram you would recommend????

I never thought of an intel build cause of the ryzen launch but after seeing the comparing the two i have to thinks about it but mostly I'm leaning toward the ryzen side.
