How to use Adaptive Mode?

PC specs on the signature. I already have my OC stable, 4.9Ghz @ 1.35V. Now I just want the voltage to be lower when it's not gaming, but it's always running at (around) 1.35V. Current settings on the bios:

Yes that is more or less the way to use adaptive mode, but in case if it crashes while testing, add a little more voltage to the offset in like .005 increments.
