So a while back i had a few issues with this laptop. Sent it back, now i've got the replacement.

This issue still persists, so i decided to dig into it. Installed Intels "Extreme Tuning Utility" and had that running whilst i had a game in the background - this is when i came and found that i was "Current Limit Throttling", thus never actually hitting the max clock speed i was supposed to. This got me thinking, is there a way to bypass this? Never really delved into these sorts of settings before, but maybe someone more experienced with this sort of stuff can explain it more, and if so would there be a way to actually stop that throttling?
