You can prolly max out with a 6gb 1060 and 16gb ram. 

That cpu shouldn't bottleneck either. If it does-the bottleneck will be like 1 frame compared to the best gaming CPU in existence as of now. (At least for AAA graphical games. Cpu games will run just fine though.) 

 

graphical games are less less complex in systems and things going on. However there are stunning graphics and most of what's processed is complex models and high resolution textures.

 

CPU games typically require vast amounts of computations sporting many advanced AI, high speed network and online things, destruction of environments and physics. These games can sometimes suffer from having a less powerful GPU however the cpu is helping deliver the most for frames.
