Can you screenshot or tell us the error in the log?

Not trying to make excuses but she lives in Essex and I live in Heathrow so since she doesn't use her phone a lot its hard to get in touch is there anything you can come up with looking at that?

Lol, no I mean look at it.

 

Only thing I can guess is that some part of the installation went awry or some permissions error.

 

You could try

Restart PC

Run as Admin

Re-install
