Time keeps reverting back

I've tried changing the clock on my laptop, but it always reverts back to what it originally was.

Solution?

Is your time zone correct?

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.

Would i be incorrect in assuming you just installed windows? For whatever reason windows always seems to set the default time zone to Pacific standard, even though I live on the east cost.

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.

No, you weren't incorrect. I was saying that my timezone was incorrect. Sorry for the mixup.
