Okay il list some hardware and you can check different prices at your local store

CPU: ryzen 7 has a good life time span only because the 7th intel core i5 and i7 would be put away from intel 8th gen so waiting to get a 8th gen core i7 can last you 

GPU: 1070 or 1080 are good with a long life span currently with the new architecture

 

RAM : unless you doing more than just gaming on your system I dont see how AAA Games can use more than 16gigs

 

Get a Mobo and PSU with 5 year warranties 

 

The standard for 2017 run ssd and hdd
