need me some Windows

I have a license of Windows 10 on my Toshiba laptop, and i want to associate it with my email. Right now it says "Windows 10 on this device is activated with digital entitlement." How do i link it to my email? I plan on doing a clean reinstall so i need to activate it again once i have.

Go to Settings then choose Account. There you should have an option to sign in with a Microsoft Account.

Well then there is nothing else you need to do. When you reinstall Windows 10, just sign in again the same way you did and everything will be good to go.

does it matter that it says "Windows 10 on this device is activated with digital entitlement." and not that it is linked?

It already is linked. That's what the digital entitlement means.
