I moved to a new apartment a few days ago and my computer won't start here, worked perfectly fine at the old place. Nothing happens on the screen at all. I tested the power supply with a clip and it worked, tried starting it without hdd to see if I reached bios, I didn't. Tried 1 ram in every slot, tried using on board graphics card and a friend of mine tolsd me that if the cpu isn't burned, all the "spikes" are straight and if it gets hot when I start it should work. I also tried resetting cmos.

So I ask here before I hand it in as my budget is not that great considering my new apartment.

Specs:

Msi g45 z77

I5 2500k

Corsair vengeance 2x4gb

Corsair force gt 256gb

Gigabyte gtx 580

Cooler master silent pro 700W

It sounds like you have done all the things!

I would take everything out of the case, go full work bench on it.  you may have a short on the case cause by something moving in transport behind the motherboard.

keep it to the cpu + cooler and one ram stick on a box with some plastic on it (optional).  see if you can get a post.  you might be lucky and full dismissible may find the issue.

if you have a old power supply i would try testing it.  are you get any lights are all? any fan movement?  if not my first guess would be a bad psu.
