Ram Causing Boot Loop HELP

So I started to clean my pc everything was normal until I took out my ram to see if any dust collected between them there wasn't much but I cleaned it anyway. When I booted my pc back up nothing happen the same thing happens to me when I first built my pc I have tried just about everything to resting CMOS to testing if the ram or ram slot changed the result etc. A weird thing happens though when every I turn on my pc absolutely no external devises (Keyboards, monitor etc) gets anything. Hopefully someone can help me.
