Question on Soundblaster E5 by Creative

Hello everyone.  Quick question for those who have the time.

I am interested in purchasing a dac for my pc.  One that I particularly like is the SoundBlaster E5 by Creative.  I really like the features on it and I have read good reviews.  I want to use it primarily for gaming and connect my speakers and headphones to it.  The issue I am having is that I have the Razer Manowar gaming headset.  Which is my primary headphones as of now.  The headset has no wired attachment option, and only has a wireless usb dongle to connect the headset to the computer.  The SoundBlaster E5 has a USB HOST port on the back of it.  The only thing I have found in the manual regarding this port is to connect your phone or Ipad.  I am curious if anyone knows what the function of the  USB Host port is?  And if I am able to plug the wireless dongle for my Razer headset to this port in order to use the dac with my razer headset.

Here is the link to the SoundBlaster E5 manual if you want to look at it.
