Which board with X399?

Guys we need help with best motherboard with X399.
We want best performance/quality for bucks.

In country where we live are these two shops biggest. So we must pickup motherboard one from these.

Links on both shops with separated motherboards with chipset X399

In our eyes looks as best for lower price "maybe" GIGABYTE X399 AORUS Gaming 7 or if we want spent more money so looks as best "maybe" ASROCK Fatal1ty X399 Professional Gaming

1$ is +- 25kč
most expensive board with X399 is Asus Zenith and this board cost in my country +- 14500kč
but best board from ASRock Fatal1ty looks still topnoch and cost only +- 11500kč
and best board with x399 for lower price looks best "maybe" Gigabyte AORUS for +- 9200kč
...so into this time maybe is best choice ASRock Fatal1ty but what we want :D this is why we ask here.

What you mean on this pickup?

This setup will be for friend, he have on "cpu and motherboard" +-30.000/34.000 kč so we have two choice:

pickup lowest Threadripper and pickup best board (and in future you can upgrade on better cpu)

or pickup not so expensive board and pickup second on first Threadripper cpu

taichi x399
cost in alza.cz (biggest store in czech) 9.500kč it's +-432$

and in czc (second store in czech) 9.900kč it's +-450$

Into this time I mean, that if we not pickup immediatly Asus Zenith - as most expensive X399 board

so best choice price/perf/quality is not taichi but Fatal1ty from ASRock. But I have zero experience with x399 and these boards, so I ask.
