Problems with my Razer Synapse

Hello

 

I have a Problem with my mouse i use A Razer Deathadder Chorma. and every time i Open The Razer Synapse My mouse for Freezing and its not Working if i Unplug the Mouse and Plug it in in works for a sec and than its stops working again. I dont know what to do could you help me ?
