wifi,  just minecraft as my pc cant handle much and hardware is 

 my cpu is a AMD a12-9800 more specific is AND a12-9800 RADEON R7 12 Computie Cores 4c+8G

How old is the home?

Should have said wifi is part of the problem. What type of internet do you have? DSL, Fiber, etc?

honestly there's nothing you can do except play on a server that's closer to you or use ethernet

You can maybe also use Power Lan if wired solution isnt directly possible.

I just suggested Power Lan if you cant have the possibility to use a Ethernet cable from router to your pc. Power LAN transmits the data over your electric cables in your home from power plug near router to power plug near your PC.

Where is the server you're connecting to?

Also do other people on same server also have a high ping ? I would exclude the option of the server itself being the bottleneck first, before starting a witch hunt in your own setup.

Ping your router or another device within your LAN so you can check if the high ping is due to the WiFi.
