Hi guys...

GUESS WHO HAS A PROBLEM AGAIN xD
Last time was R9 280X with 75oC and jet engine triple fans, now... R9 380 with... 900rpm fans and 99oC temp XXXD

So. I bought this XFX r9 380 for a rather cheap price, it came in, threw that in my PC and started playing.

Just as I was finishing my Dirty Bomb match I noticed something rather bad. (and yes, that cpu is fx 8320 on Wraith cooler XXXD)(1st pic)

So I got into the issue further and saw this.

Then I emailed the company I bought it from, send them vid of it hitting 99oC in 4minutes and fans not ramping up above 1k, even tho the PWM signal is at 100% level. Got partial refund as I intended.

NOW.

I DL'ed a Tonga BIOS editor to check whether there is anything worth reflashing aaaaaand... (3rd pic)

While the values at the top are A-ok, the bottom ones... are they supposed to look like that? Since based on other BIOS data these should be 10-system based numbers.

Also a note: I know that the fans themselves are ok, since they sometimes have the "spark of live" and ramp up to 2k for a split of sec under load.

Any opinion/info on the matter will be highly appreciated! :)
