Memory and CPU usage at 99%

Hi, so this problem started yesterday where my memory was at 90%-99% usage when i wasnt doing anything. In task manager it didnt show what is taking up so much memory. I restarted the PC and it was fine until today where the same thing happened, but this time when i restarted my PC, the CPU and Memory where at 99% and then i got a blue screen "dxgmms2.sys failed".

Anyone knows what could be causing this?

What system setup do you have, and have you installed any programs recently, sounds like you may have some bloatware, or malware.

I have windows 10 i havent really installed anything except from steam games. I ran malwarebytes before and all it found was ccleaner so i deleted it cuz i heard that there was something dodgy going on.

I dont know what is eating up my ram. Right now i have 80% RAM usage but if i add up everything in task manager its deffo below 3GB. (I have 8GB btw)

Sorry I haven't been on for a few days, the on thing I could think is one of your RAM is dead, Need to be reinserted to get a good connection, or the connectors need to be cleaned of then you reinsert it. You can have bad RAM but the system still thinks theres 8GB.
