Should I Buy A Separate Drive For My OS?

So my plan for my build A pc with 3 drives. 

-A 4tb disk drive for bulk

-evo 250gb ssd for files I want to boot up faster 

- a 120gb ssd m.2 for the OS and programs

My question was should I just put the OS on the Evo or should I give it it's own m.2 drive?

M.2 SSDs are no faster than a SATA drive in boot speed. In fact the advantage of NVMe drives over to SATA ones only show when you read/write huge files of over 10GB. I'd just spend all the budget for SSDs on a SATA one.

Desktop benching:

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

well it depends on the amount of files you have (but that being said a more ssds never hurt anyone)
