I recently bought a new laptop and it along with many other Windows devices on my wifi network are having problems connecting to the internet. It's shows that it is connect but Chrome shows error site can't be reached .

This problem doesn't occur on any mobile device and Mac os machines. And the wifi begins to work after a long wait ranging in time from a few minutes to 15+. My desktop pc,running  which is wired Ethernet has no problems with internet, which makes me believe its a problem with Windows and the wifi.

Looks like your router may be having issues. Try resetting the router (provided you know the settings) and see how that goes.

I've tried turning the router on and off multiple times and have gone as far are resetting it.... I've also replaced it with another router but that didn't fix it.

Enter CMD, and enter the following commands.

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

If this doesn't help, retype the commands and reboot

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

When entering any of the commands except flush dns, I get the error:

No operation can be performed on local area connection *1 while it has its media disconnect.

Ok, this is a windows problem, try rebooting, then try the commands again.

If I remember rightly, its because there are to many devices running the same hardware - i.e wifi adapter - on the network, and all of them want the same IP. Maybe try using multiple routers and having half of them on one, other half on the other
