windows system image help

ok so im fairly sure of what will happen but i figured i should ask you folks before actually doing it. recently i broke my i7 7700k in a delidding accident, and decided if im going to buy another 300+ cpu i might as well upgrade to x299 and go with either a 7800x or 7820x. beside the point. currently i have 2 sata m.2 ssds in a raid 0 on my z270 board and i am selling  that tomorrow and plan to get my new hardware in the next week or so. my question is will i have issues making a system image of my os raid i have now and restoring it after i make a new raid on the x299 or is there a better way to go about it
