I need a basic home NAS. I do some video editing of some football (soccer) footage so I need the place to store all of this. It's more of a hobby so I need like 6-10 Tb or something.

Right now I managed to get:

ASUS B150m-c ($80) - 6 SATA ports!

Intel Celeron G3950 3.0GHz LGA1151 ($60)

COOLER MASTER ELITE 342 ($40)

All of this is new and I can return all of it if you think that I can get something better for those prices. Now obviously I need a power supply and drives. I was thinking about WD reds but those are expensive as hell over here for some reason. I have no clue what to do with the power supply.

I'd be gratefully for your help.

any reliable power supply that has enough sata power connections

any hard drive will do, but if you're going something that's not gold/red/ironwolf, try to separate the drives from each other instead of packing them all together.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.
