Thanks this is the one I guess

Well as some of you may know my hard drive failed. I don’t feel like trying to fix it anymore so what are some good 600$ USD builds. Pcpartpicker links please! I would like ryzen but it is not fully needed... just the best build for 600$... just the machine I already have two monitors and everything for it.

The gpu there is not good.  I never recommend the 3gb 1060 because many games at 1440p med+ resolution will quickly use that up.

Spend or save up the extra $70 so your gpu is not limited and is much more viable for a few more years than a 1060 3gb
