I need help identifying the cable type needed

I need a 12V power supply for my rgb Led lights. The cable fits this. It has for pins.

You need a 12v RGB LED controller, you can buy them separate or use one on your motherboard if it has the header for it, they're very generic and it's a preexisting standard that has been around a while, well before they where used on PCs, look on ebay.

@Jayliss What is the brand / model of those lights? Most RGB light work with a common +12V / +5V and the 3 colors connected to the minus.

There are however some with common minus and + voltage for each of the colors. So check that first.

 

Also a sharper picture would help alot

Okay well if he needs a box that connected to a wall plug in it should of came with the LED strip. Maybe not the power source but the RGB controller box should of 

 

I had to use the PS2 power cord to plug in my LED strip for power
