Eh, do you need a $100 AIO for the R5 1600? I rather get a better CPU/GPU over having better cooling, especially since Ryzen's overclocking potential is process-limited.

 

The PSU should be replaced as well, seeing how it's an old, group regulated unit that doesn't come with decent protection. Something like the Corsair CX450M at the minimum.
