Outlook subject-line change when i forward!?

Hej LinusTechTips (:

First i/we run Windows 7 64Bit Enterprise and office 2010. We have a lot off different pc's so im not gonna name them (:

And now to the problem: Sometimes when we forward a Email ex. A fax with numbers in the subject line, the reciver get's the Email but in the subject line the numbers have changed and some have become "Chinese" (not sure if it is Chinese..)?

I have tried looking around on google for an answer but i can't seem to find one.. So now i am here asking for your help (:
