As far as i'm aware, when it comes to non-modular sleeving you're on your own. It's inefficient for companies that sell sleeved cables to sleeve wired-in cables as they make their own cables from scratch which can be done in larger quantities. Hope this helps.

Sleeve some extensions. Or buy a fully modular one with no caps next time.
