It's a really bad idea to buy Sky/Kaby Lake right now, since Coffee Lake in a few weeks will offer ever so slightly lower base and higher boost clocks, while being a hex core.

and maybe try and balance a bit more between CPU and GPU. if you're on a 1060 you shouldn't need an unlocked i7. even if you plan on streaming the i7 can't handle it while gaming with h.264 so you'll be using NVENC which is hardware accelerated (doesn't look as good but has close to no performance hit) so you still shouldn't buy an it at that point.

Stepping down to an i5 isn't recommended (maybe the upcoming 6core ones, it remains to be seen) but a locked one will save you valuable cash while the GPU remains the bottleneck.

 

all this assuming that you dislike the idea of buying ryzen
