best cgminer conf help

Well when i was mining with my gpu for bitcoins i got 370mhashes but when i mine for litecoins with cgminer i only get 300Kh and when i look in my worker list on the pool site it says im only getting 60kh this is my config for cgminer btw i got a 7870 ghz editon

 

Windows (edit "start_mining_ltcrabbit.bat" in the CGMiner folder):

 

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

 

When i mine it doesnt really sound like my gpu is running at 100% load it sounds more like 70% maybe any ideas to increase it so i get alot more kh?

Lower your intensity? Is your intensity at 18/20?
