Well an i5 will perform better stock in games, if you want similar performance you will have to OC your ryzen to get similar performance or better.

 

Why don't you want to overclock may i ask? 

 

If you not going to overclock i would suggest the i5.

i will play gta 5 and cs go does they require overclocking >???

No, but personally why get overclocking CPU/motherboard when you not going to overclock? 

 

You will get better FPS on i5 on GTA but if you want upgradeability i would suggest Ryzen.
