Hey guys. Recently I've had a long Skype conversation... about 45 min. And after these 45min PC restarted. And then after 3 sec again... I waited 10 mins and ran my PC. It worked 5min and again, the restart. After long troubleshooting I found out that everything's fine when PSU is OUTSIDE the case (now using it this way). Is my PSU (Fortron FSP350 60GLN) faulty? I suspect shortcircuit inside, but how come that it happened so spontaneously? I put HD7770 about month ago, everything was stable until this Skype talk.  I used it with G3258 MSI 81M and HD7770. Thanks for reading.

When you had the PSU inside the case, was it screwed in?  Are you using the screws that came with the PSU or similar screws that happen to be the same thread (but potentially longer, thus screwing into the PSU's PCB).

Jonny it may be the case! It may be that I don't use special screws. I don't remember if I received the screws whatsoever. Although PSU sat in case for 1,5 year, I didn't put it out. So should I check with shorter screws?

Meanwhile my PSU've been sitting outside the case for 3 days now. It's buzzing (capacitor whine?) quite loud when computer is NOT on the load. When it gets loaded then buzz stops.  Anyway everything works stable.
