I have an EVGA 650 Ti SSC 2GB. If I increase clock speeds without increasing voltage, will my GPU have the same life span as the stock card?

Even if you increase the voltage it it will basically have the same life span assuming it's <80ºc~.

I plan on keeping the GPU under 70 C.

Overclocking does decrease your life span, but you never have to worry about it. People have had overclocked CPUs last 10+ years. So when you overclock it's like you are decreasing the component's life from let's say 15 years, to 12. But it doesn't matter because you won't use it for that long.

Nvidia doesn't let you push GPUs (khm pascal khm khm) to the limit where you'd actually worsen their life spam by any measurable amount..

If you had a costum registry or costum bios with unlocked voltage and you ran your card at 1.2 volts with sth like 2.2ghz OC non stop, then yes.. You'd probably decrease its life spam by 50%.. which is still like 5 years or more of working time
