Tips for a new rig

I was thinking of uppgrading my pc/building a new one and wanted to ask fo5re some recomendations for parts.

I do most gaming stuff on the computer but i wana start editing videos and rendering stuff pluse some game creating.

 

My current pc.

Processor: AMD FX 8350 4.000GHz

Ram: Corsair vengence 8Gb

Gpu: Asus 960 turbo oc 4Gb

Psu: Corsair 650W

HDD: 1Tb WD blue

SSD: 250Gb samsung EVO

Budget? Also what specific model of PSU is that Corsair?

This is the Psu i have right now.

And for the budget i am thinking between 2000 - 2700 dollars.
