Team Speak 3 issue

My friend has a problem with team speak. we can talk as long as we want as long as he dont run a 3d fullscreen application (battlefield3). when he runs it, team speak strats to bug. the blue light that normaly flashes is still flashing(on him when he speaks) but i cant hear him. Maybe someone knows a solution to the problem?

he tryed:

- reinstaliing teamspeak

- deleting teaspeak files under %appdata%

- disabling onboard sound card

MY BUILD CONSISTS OF

  • CPU: Amd Athlon II x4 630 @ 3.7 GHz
  • Cooling: Artic Freezer 64 Pro
  • GPU: Gainward 9800GTX+ (voltmod)
  • PSU: LC Power 550W
  • Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
  • HDD: 640TB Western Digital
  • HDD2: 160GB Samsung
  • RAM: Mushkin DDR3-1333 MHz @ 1450 MHz

incase anyone else has this problem the solution is:

- go to settings, options

- under capture deselect Echo reduction and Echo cancelation

- select advanced options

- under advance options deselect Remove background noise

then click apply and youre done! :)
