Need Help With Ninja Ripper.

so ya like the title says, if u guys can i would like to have some help understanding how to get it to work. i've gone as far as rip files, past that idk what to do. i've looks all over the place but nothing really there that can help me. ive tried using blender with the ninja ripper add-on but the add-on just wont show in blender. i dont feel like feeling like messing with 3dmax since i have to buy it. im at a lose. also all the videos on youtube SUCK! 95% of them r noobs without a mic

You'll need an app called Noesis. Then you'll need to install the .RIP file addon.
Unfortunately its been ages since I used either so you're going to have to work out that last bit by yourself.
