Intel optane usable with an amd cpu?

Can I use an Intel optane with an amd ryzen? The Intel optane increases the speeds of an hdd and I want to use a ryzen cpu with it. Will that work?

you can make an ssd into a simlar cache as optane  just a bit more complicated.

Cool tech, guess what Intel did ? Of course they made it proprietary. You need 7th gen Kaby Lake, a mobo with M.2 (2280/2242, Key B-M, NVMe) and a supported BIOS

You can't even do that on AMD AFAIK, that's an IRST thing which is only available on Intel.
