the fans on the radiator should plug into the cpu headers or fan headers? where should the pump plug in?

 

the H220 has a special adapter. One PWM header goes to the mobo then all the fans are hooked up to a fan controller that is included

I want to take out all the drive cages in my Prodigy and put either an H100i or a Swiftech H220 in the front intakes of the case but will the tubes reach the cpu? Also, which performs better the Swiftech H220 or Corsair H100i?

Yes and they preform about the same but the H220 is better mainly because of the expandability

The tubes will most certainly fit wit hthe H220 and the H220 is the better cooler. Why not mount it in the top though and save your drive cages?

I like the look better :) I will be using a 2.5" HDD and 2.5" SSD which you can mount on the front of the PSU cage so they will have viable places and it will look beastly imo!
