Best used GPU for $100

can be under $100 or lower I want better performance than a RX460 2gb and I know it's possible. looking in the USED market rightnow I get 40+ FPS with Natural vision remastred and ENB + reshade on GTA V @ 2560x1600p on high settings but it's a little stutterer

probably 780, or a 380 (which is rebadge 285)

1050ti might come close, i guess? 1050ti competes with a 470 iirc, and that competes with the 1060 3g

so apparently the GTX 780 is the best but it's defo not $100
