Google chrome

So for the past few months now I've been using Microsoft edge and honestly it's not bad but I prefer chrome, the only problem is that when I try to open it it says I need to get permission off a family member to use it (Microsoft family features) and so I was confused but I clicked on the only option which was "ask by email" but every time I click it it just says error. The weirdest thing is that the only profile on my pc isn't even a family features account. Any idea on how to fix? I've tried reinstalling it, I've tried talking to tech support and I've tried making a different profile, same problem. I'm starting to think my only option is to factory reset my pc. I mean just call your mom and ask if it's fine if you can use it.

My mom said no so I have to use Opera

Sounds really strange, but if you prefer chrome why not use that?

I cant same problem, the only thing I can use is ME

I get the same thing every time with chrome, firefox and opera.

I don't even have a family account
